Can the United States stay globally competitive and modernize the nation's electric generation fleet through U.S. EPA's greenhouse gas emissions regulations? During today's E&ETV Event Coverage of an American Enterprise Institute event, Exelon Corp. Chairman and CEO John Rowe, calls on Congress to allow U.S. EPA to move forward with its greenhouse gas emissions regulations, saying the rules will help maintain the United States' competitiveness and help the country transition to a clean energy future.
