Sweden points the way toward cutting vehicle emissions -- and growing tax revenues
NEW YORK -- Some of the world's most innovative intelligent transportation systems (ITS) involve a web of new technologies that enables traffic managers to minimize vehicle congestion and reduce emissions that cause climate change. Some generate tax revenues that can be used to make roads safer and urban travel more efficient.
