20 governors urge Congress to block EPA regs

Governors from 18 U.S. states and two territories are calling on Congress to halt federal climate rules they say could be devastating to the economy. Govs. Haley Barbour (R-Miss.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) were the lead signatories of a letter sent yesterday to House and Senate leaders, saying they are "gravely concerned" about U.S. EPA's efforts to impose greenhouse gas regulations.
