Texas heads back to the rodeo to whittle House runoff contestants

More than two months after Lone Star State voters cast ballots in congressional primaries, Texans will return to the polls next week to finish the job for a handful of contests. While the contentious GOP primary battle to replace retiring Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R) has dominated headlines, a handful of House contests will also be finalized Tuesday.
