Ohio community group hopes third time's the charm for anti-fracking measure

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Susie Beiersdorfer and her fellow members of the community group Frackfree Mahoning Valley will be canvassing neighborhoods, calling registered voters and hosting weekly fundraisers for the Youngstown Community Bill of Rights, a piece of legislation that would, among other things, prohibit hydraulic fracturing in the Ohio city. The measure has been put to a vote and defeated twice before, but Beiersdorfer has taken to saying, "Three's a charm to prevent the harm."
