The White House is setting up a new interagency working group to promote the safe development of domestic natural gas, President Obama announced today. The group will be led by White House energy adviser Heather Zichal and will focus on development of so-called unconventional gas, which typically employs a controversial production technique known as hydraulic fracturing.
