Group sues for info on OIRA meetings with industry on EPA air rules
A nonpartisan environmental watchdog today filed a lawsuit against the White House seeking documents from multiple meetings that administration officials held with industry representatives before signing off on several of U.S. EPA's Clean Air Act regulations, including its controversial mercury and air toxics standards. The group is looking for documents from 65 meetings, 51 with utilities and other industries and 14 with public interest organizations.
