The attorney enviros hate to see at the Supreme Court

CHICAGO -- Tim Bishop, a member of his law firm's "green committee," has worked for the American Civil Liberties Union and clerked for two judges considered heroes of the environmental movement, and has been described by a former top U.S. EPA official as "quite liberal" early in his career. It's not what you'd expect of a lawyer considered a top gun for industry in environmental cases before the Supreme Court.
