House to join Senate with SPR suspension vote tomorrow

The House will join the Senate in voting tomorrow on a measure to force the Bush administration to suspend oil deliveries to the nation's Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The Senate is scheduled to vote on its SPR provision, an amendment to flood insurance legislation, in the morning. The House is expected to vote on a standalone SPR bill, H.R. 6022, tomorrow evening, according to the office of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.). Go to story #1
