Democrats plan to stage energy rollout tomorrow

Senate Democrats plan to release details tomorrow of a small energy and oil spill response package that they hope to pass by the end of next week. Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) had originally planned to release the legislative language today, but he postponed the plan to give the Congressional Budget Office more time to review the package, according to his office.
