Truck makers' dispute continues as court tosses EPA emissions plan
Mack Trucks Inc. and Volvo Group North America LLC, two of the largest manufacturers of long-haul trucks, scored a small win today in a years-long legal battle against rival truck maker Navistar International Corp., as a panel of federal judges overturned U.S. EPA's decision to let Navistar pay fines for its failure to meet the agency's increasingly strict limits on tailpipe emissions.
