House GOP rolls out $260B infrastructure bill

House Republicans introduced their five-year, $260 billion energy and infrastructure package today, trumpeting it as an engine for economic recovery. "This bill will put Americans back to work rebuilding our roads and bridges and developing new sources of low-cost energy," Transportation and Infrastructure Chairman John Mica (R-Fla.) said. "This legislation may be the most important jobs measure to pass Congress this year." Go to story #1
