Westinghouse, Southern sue each other over reactor costs
Contractors building the first U.S. reactors in more than three decades in Georgia are suing the plant's owners for more than $900 million tied to federally required design changes. Westinghouse Electric Co. and the Shaw Group today sued Georgia Power, a subsidiary of Southern Co., and other utilities in a federal court in the District of Columbia.
