The Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee's top Republican blamed the Senate's Democratic leader today for sabotaging the panel's efforts to advance key energy legislation. Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska said the committee has reached bipartisan agreements on a number of bills on public lands issues, cybersecurity and small modular reactors.
