LAKEWOOD, Colo. -- In his first trip to Colorado as the GOP vice presidential candidate today, Rep. Paul Ryan (R) emphasized energy policy at a campaign rally, echoing Republican plans for increased domestic production. The Wisconsin lawmaker spoke to a crowd of about 2,000 mostly white, elderly supporters gathered in the Lakewood High School gymnasium.
