The Senate -- set for adjournment no later than Sunday -- will hold a procedural vote on a Montana senator's hunting and fishing package before lawmakers leave town but will postpone the bill's final passage until after the elections. The cloture vote on Sen. Jon Tester's (D) S. 3525 could still offer a tangible victory for Tester as he returns to the campaign trail in Montana, where he faces a tight race with Rep. Denny Rehberg (R).
