Amid charges of a 'war on coal,' Moniz travels to W.Va. to push climate plan

Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz visited an agency lab in the heart of coal country today to defend President Obama's recently announced effort to fight climate change. While critics have labeled the White House's new Climate Action Plan a renewed "war on coal," Moniz assured staffers at the National Energy Technology Laboratory in Morgantown, W.Va., this morning that coal will continue to have an important role to play in the country's energy portfolio.
