House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) this afternoon unveiled a new panel structure for the 113th Congress and released the full list of his subcommittee cardinals. The powerful panel is set to be reduced from its current roster of seven subcommittees to five in the 113th Congress.
