Senate energy leaders are taking a broad view as they assemble a revenue-sharing bill, looking to give states some of the federal riches from offshore wind and tidal energy installations off their coasts as well as energy produced on federal lands, Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) said today.
