Security force hamstrung by low morale, uneven training -- IG

The security force that protects the Energy secretary and other top officials at the Department of Energy suffers from low morale, incomplete training and compromised tests, according to a new report from the DOE inspector general. Inspector General Gregory Friedman launched an investigation into the Office of Special Operations after he received allegations of mismanagement. The resulting report details a work environment where agents and management don't see eye to eye.
