Leaders aim to bring farm bill to House, Senate floors next week

Members of the bipartisan farm bill conference committee are to report to Washington, D.C., Monday morning for possible action toward finally completing the mammoth legislation. That morning, farm bill leaders could either hold a full conference committee meeting to work out final issues or hold a GOP conferee meeting to discuss the final agreement, according to a message sent today by leaders' offices to conferee staff members.
