Republicans threaten to force Brenner's hand

GOP lawmakers say the best friend and former supervisor of U.S. EPA's fake spy isn't off the hook after refusing to hand over personal correspondence. Republicans who oversee the agency told former EPA official Robert Brenner that if he continues to refuse to comply with their investigation voluntarily, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee "will be forced to consider the use of compulsory process to obtain this information."
