Issa threatens to hold officials in contempt over subpoenaed docs

The top House watchdog today threatened to hold U.S. EPA officials in contempt of Congress if the agency fails to fork over documents he subpoenaed last year. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, pressed EPA's second in command, Bob Perciasepe, on the subpoena he issued last November. Issa is seeking a spate of documents related to ongoing GOP-led probes.
