Conservatives predict 'real war' with environmentalists

A panel of climate-science critics at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference is urging President Trump to torpedo U.S. EPA's 2009 endangerment finding, the basis for the agency's greenhouse gas regulations. Said Steve Milloy, who says he served on Trump's EPA transition team: "There's going to be a lot of litigation. But we're going to move EPA in the right direction."
