Earlier this week, the Pew Center on Global Climate Change convened its annual climate conference in Washington, DC. This year's conference focused on addressing critical issues between states and the federal government in developing emissions reduction policies. During today's E&ETV Event Coverage, a panel of climate policy experts discusses the need for a balance between state and federal governments in creating a federal cap-and-trade policy.
