BPC's Dorgan, Lott give recommendations on natural gas, nuclear, efficiency and climate
Can the United States address its energy and environment challenges in a bipartisan fashion? During today's OnPoint, former Sen. Byron Dorgan (D-N.D.) and former Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott (R-Miss.) give 50 specific policy recommendations on energy that are part of the Bipartisan Policy Center's Energy Project.
