As the debate over global warming continues in Congress, the Supreme Court has decided to hear its first case dealing with this issue. During today's E&ETV Event Coverage, a Georgetown law panel discusses and analyzes oral arguments in Massachusetts v. U.S. EPA. Panelists include E.
