Exelon's Rowe calls on Congress to allow EPA to move forward on emissions regulation

Chairman and CEO John Rowe calls on Congress to allow EPA to move forward with its air pollution regulations, saying the rules will help maintain the United States' competitiveness and help the country transition to a clean energy future. He also says Congress should steer clear of any new laws or subsidies on energy this year.
