Will climate change spur a 'full employment act for lawyers'?

More than a dozen attorneys general will gather at a Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, resort next week to discuss energy. On the agenda will be an emerging hot-button issue in environmental law -- climate change. The conference, the brainchild of Idaho State Attorney General and National Association of Attorneys General President Lawrence Wasden, is the latest sign that lawyers stand to win big dealing with the increasingly complex issues related to global warming.
