What has Rick Perry been doing?

Energy Secretary Rick Perry is loving his job. For the past few weeks, he has been touring the operations of the Department of Energy, an agency he once sought to dissolve. "Being the governor of Texas is the greatest job I've ever had," Perry told an audience in Dallas last month. "But officially, the coolest job I've ever had in my life is secretary of Energy." But some lawmakers are concerned that he has yet to tackle the tough questions at DOE regarding the agency's vision and its approach to climate change.
