The White House yesterday said it will issue a revised six-month moratorium on new deepwater drilling in the next few days. "I think that will come from the Department of Interior, I would expect in the next few days," White House press secretary Robert Gibbs told reporters. The Obama administration has been crafting a revised proposal since a federal judge struck down its original drilling ban.
