NDAA's grazing provision a death blow for sage grouse -- activists

Legislation in the 2015 defense authorization bill to expedite the processing of grazing permits on public lands could hamper the Bureau of Land Management's ability to prevent a listing of the greater sage grouse under the Endangered Species Act, environmental groups warned today.
