YORK, Neb. — Pipeline workers. Farmers. Teachers. Nebraskans of all stripes made their cases for and against the permitting of the Keystone XL pipeline across the state's farmlands yesterday, as the state Public Service Commission heard testimony on how the proposed pipeline project could affect the state's economy and environment.
