BP shareholders back Paris disclosures, shun hard targets

As climate activists staged protests that have become fixtures at energy company gatherings, BP shareholders approved a resolution yesterday to align the oil major's business strategy and project investments with the Paris climate agreement, but they voted down a plan for restricting emissions.
