Graves of enslaved people pose hurdle for La. chemical plant

People living in "Cancer Alley" in Louisiana are battling plans for a massive new petrochemical plant, smack-dab in the middle of a community where Black residents are struggling to protect their health amid the pandemic as well as their connection to enslaved ancestors believed to be buried on the site.
