Steyer may not reach $100M goal but vows his PAC will still play

ASPEN, Colo. -- Billionaire environmentalist Tom Steyer yesterday acknowledged that his effort to inject $100 million into the 2014 election cycle could fall short of his goal but vowed his political action committee would nonetheless have sufficient funds to remain competitive in a slate of seven races.
