Perciasepe, agency's longest-serving deputy, steps down

Bob Perciasepe, U.S. EPA's longest-serving No. 2, is leaving his post. Perciasepe, 63, will step down next month to start a new gig as president of the nonprofit Center for Climate and Energy Solutions, EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy told staff today in an email.
