1. TRANSITION

Who's in line for Trump EPA boss, energy czar?

Fresh off last night's upset victory over Democrat Hillary Clinton, the Trump campaign is shifting into full-fledged transition mode with an all-hands meeting this afternoon at the team's transition headquarters in Washington. "When he has been on the campaign trail, ... he's been talking about the need to 'drain the swamp,'" a source close to the campaign said. If the Trump team interviews candidates who say, "I'm not sure if we can actually do that," the source said, "I think there's a strong likelihood that they might look at the person and say, 'Next, please.'"
