Invoking Benghazi, Democrats fail to delay Pruitt vote

Senate Democrats unloaded on Republicans this morning for refusing to delay a vote on U.S. EPA administrator nominee Scott Pruitt. Pointing to long GOP investigations of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee's top Democrat, Delaware Sen. Tom Carper, asked, "What if the shoe was on the other foot?"
