Jimmy Carter, Park Service prepare for 'life after death'

PLAINS, Ga. — "I'm going to live again after I die," former President Jimmy Carter, drawing on his Christian beliefs, told 400 visitors at Maranatha Baptist Church here during Sunday school earlier this month. Nearby, the National Park Service is preparing the Carter home — where Jimmy and his wife, Rosalynn, have lived since 1961 — for new life as a historic museum.
