80% of D.C. staffers could leave BLM

The vast majority of the Bureau of Land Management's Washington, D.C., headquarters staffers do not intend to move out West as part of a planned reorganization, according to multiple sources. A few dozen have accepted new positions so far, according to an internal email sent by the agency's acting chief today — the deadline for employees to decide whether to move.
