Climate shift spurs BP to quit trade groups

United Kingdom-based BP PLC is leaving three oil and natural gas advocacy associations, finding conflicts in climate change policy "that cannot be reconciled." The decision came just weeks after the company's new CEO Bernard Looney announced a goal to become carbon neutral by 2050.
