Greens say Obama is 'resetting the climate agenda'

President Obama is poised to provide what the United States has lacked for decades: a plan for removing carbon from the national economy, environmentalists said today. World Resources Institute President Andrew Steer said Obama's remarks tomorrow afternoon could be "extraordinarily important."
