House passes sportsmen's package with scores of Democratic votes

The House this afternoon passed a broad package of hunting, fishing and gun rights measures, garnering support from 41 Democrats and all Republicans. The bill's 268-154 passage was preceded by the defeat of two Democratic amendments to restore environmental reviews on national wildlife refuges and to ensure the Interior secretary can consider climate change in managing federal lands.
