EPA to propose slight RFS cuts for next year

U.S. EPA is backing away slightly on renewable fuel mandates, proposing to keep volumes of conventional ethanol about even next year but trimming the required amount of advanced biofuels made from materials such as sugar, vegetable oil and wood.
