DOJ drops Izembek appeal

The Trump administration has dropped its appeal of a federal judge's ruling that blocked construction of a 12-mile gravel road through the Izembek National Wildlife Refuge, ending — for now — efforts to complete a land swap and route the road through the Alaska site.
