MARK K. MATTHEWS

Mark K. Matthews
Mark K. Matthews

Mark covers state and federal politics for Climatewire. Before coming to E&E News, he was a Washington correspondent for more than a decade, first for the Orlando Sentinel and then for The Denver Post. He’s lived in the D.C.-Baltimore area for almost 20 years — including a few at the University of Maryland — but he still considers New Jersey his home. Mark once wrote about the bar scene in Central Florida, but that job can’t be blamed for the blond highlights he rocked at the time.
