Noelle is the natural resources editor for Greenwire and E&E Daily. She joined the company in 2008 as a reporter, covering the Interior Department and public lands issues before becoming editor in 2010. Previously, she served as the D.C. correspondent for six Lee newspapers in Montana and Wyoming and before that worked in the Boston Herald's Washington bureau, spending much of 2004 on the presidential campaign trail. She also covered the Senate for The Hill newspaper. She earned a master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree from the College of William & Mary.
