Former API economist Michael Canes says cap and trade costly way to constrain emissions

As Congress continues to weigh several different options for addressing climate change, the effect that climate change legislation might have on the U.S. economy remains a prevalent issue for some lawmakers. During today's E&ETV Event Coverage, Michael Canes, senior research fellow at the Logistics Management Institute, discusses his recent study "A Cap and Trade System v.
