EPA’s top enforcement officer is looking to make it official with the Senate.

President Donald Trump nominated Jeffrey Hall, currently serving as acting assistant administrator of the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, to be assistant administrator of OECA, one of the 14 EPA positions that require Senate confirmation.

Before joining the agency in February, Hall spent two years as a partner at Burke Law Group, where he litigated against EPA air regulations. He also spent nearly seven years at the Department of Justice in various roles, according to his LinkedIn profile.
